What happens after you have purchased your WAV from us?
We want you to know your vehicle like the back of your hand; thatís why we give you a full detailed run through both upon demonstration and then again upon delivery. We also offer you detailed brochures and information on our website which are available for your reference 24/7. Once we are confident that you have happily received your WAV and are satisfied with our service so far, we continue our commitment to #KeepingYouGoing by providing you with a 1 month follow up visit.
We will come out to you to ensure you are getting to grips with your WAV and that you arenít having any problems with any aspect of the vehicle or with our service. And if you are having any issues Ė we will work closely with you to fix them.
We will then continue the above follow up process annually, always ensuring complete peace of mind in relation to your WAV.
